Players may submit a formal complaint to good8win via [email protected]. good8win will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal complaints process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to proceedings in these courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.
